The Opportunity

What the Role Involves

Reporting into an experienced planning team, you'll play a key part in keeping production schedules on track and customer orders moving. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and maintaining production schedules in line with customer demand

Coordinating with purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed

Working alongside manufacturing teams to identify and resolve scheduling issues

Updating and maintaining accurate planning data across internal systems

Producing reports to support operational decision-making

Contributing to continuous improvement activity within the planning function

What Elevation Are Looking for on Behalf of Our Client

Educated to A-Level, HNC/HND, or degree level in a relevant discipline — Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations

Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Confident with data and comfortable working in Excel

A clear communicator who works well across teams

Proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely motivated to build a career in planning

Prior experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or production environment is advantageous but not a requirement
