Bespak is looking for an onsite, permanent, Technical Support Engineer on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is£60,000 to £70,000 per annum. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Days 37.5 hours Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5.00pm Friday 8:30am to 3:45pm
As a Technical Support Engineer with a degree in Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring our site operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role goes beyond traditional facilities support, combining technical facilities engineering with responsibility for delivering site infrastructure and improvement projects.
Maintain critical infrastructure, building services, and utilities, ensuring reliability and compliance with UK regulatory, HSE, and GMP standards. As the work load increases the role will be split into two, one engineer focusing on supporting the BAU activities and one engineer focusing on the major construction projects.
Working cross-functionally with Facilities, Manufacturing, HSE, and contractors, the role supports business growth and drives continuous improvement across cleanrooms and HVAC, water and process systems, CHP and site utilities, and energy management initiatives.
Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport. The National Parks of the Peak District, Lake District and Eryri (Snowdonia) are within easy reach. The village has a population of nearly 7,000 and offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, and a GP practice.
