Job Description

High profile house builder with an operating area covering Northern Home Counties and Western Home Counties urgently require a Senior Technical Coordinator / Technical Manager for their busy office near Slough. The company works on a range of products, from bespoke to standard units, varying in size and price.

As a Technical Coordinator/Manager, the role will be an integral part of the Technical department, overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants. This includes project management and administration of all design and technical matters for various residential projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Technical, who will support and develop you, providing clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to managing external consultants across all design disciplines.

The company is known for promoting from within and can offer a progressive career path up to Technical Manager and Senior Technical Manager before reaching Director level.

The ideal candidate will have a mixture of experience covering all aspects of engineering and infrastructure works, including design input on the structure and type depending on the site involved. You will also be working in conjunction with the Land team to assess and appraise sites.
