Our client is a global leading FMCG company and we are leading the search for a Performance Marketing Manager to be based in London. This role will be a vital member of our team, reporting directly to the Growth Leader, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating consumer acquisition in our market and expanding the reach of the product to all enthusiasts.
Who We're Seeking:
We're in search of an outstanding Performance Marketing Manager to propel our business forward. Collaborating closely with the Brand team, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive acquisition strategies across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, partnerships, and referral programs. Your primary goal is very much Demand to Consumer, making sure consumers purchase for their own usage and help grow this product in the community. You will have 2 direct reports.
You'll spearhead transformational growth strategies, effectively communicating them with the team and overseeing their implementation. With our start-up mindset, we value resourcefulness and agility.

Proven track record in shaping and executing company growth strategies, preferably in e-commerce
Extensive experience in digital marketing, performance and focusing on customer acquisition
Successful development and execution of acquisition campaigns across various channels
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
Experience planning and executing paid campaigns across online and offline channels
Skillful resource allocation to achieve acquisition goals while maintaining a healthy Cost of Acquisition
Ability to implement testing frameworks to validate strategy components
Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
Creative thinking and enthusiasm for generating ideas
Strong drive to achieve targets and adaptability to fast-paced environments
Comfortable working under pressure and responding quickly to challenges
Technical Skills:
Management of all digital campaigns entails overseeing setup across various platforms such as Facebook Ads / Meta, X, and Snapchat. Support campaign setup, encompassing targeting, creative elements, copywriting, and budget allocation. Additionally, you will oversee the management of the Facebook Pixel
Comfortable and had exposure with digital tools (AdWords, Meta Ads)
