Job Description

Temporary Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join a busy London team on a 9-month temporary contract.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for an EA who enjoys being at the centre of a busy professional environment and takes pride in providing a high level of support. You'll work closely with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while providing trusted administrative and executive support.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Organising events, restaurant bookings and visitor arrangements
  • Supporting the smooth running of the London office
  • Providing general administrative and EA support across the team
  • Acting as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
  • Managing multiple priorities and responding to requests in a calm and efficient manner

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in an Executive Assistant, PA or similar role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, approachable and confident when dealing with clients and senior colleagues
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Outlook and Zoom
  • Familiar with travel and expense management systems, which would be advantageous

Working pattern

The role will initially full-time office based during the training period, moving to 4 days per week in the London office once fully trained.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA looking for a varied temporary position where you'll play an important role in supporting a busy team and keeping the office running smoothly.
