We are looking for a dedicated support worker to support a young woman in her 20’s looking for support around the clock in the family home. You will need to be consistent and flexible in your approach, she will need someone who is committed to working with her to gain new skills and to live an independent life. You will be able to support the client when they’re very anxious and can present with some challenges. You work in a person centred way and able to develop strong working relationships with both the client and her family.We are looking for a support worker who can support the client with.
