Technical Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £32,000 per year

About Us
Our client is a growing IT managed services business providing end-to-end IT and infrastructure solutions to our customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support customers with their day-to-day IT needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and Windows issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
Provide basic server and networking support.
Use remote monitoring and support tools.
Manage and update support tickets.
Assist with IT projects, installations and maintenance, including occasional visits to client sites.
Provide excellent customer service.
About You
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' IT support experience and a strong technical foundation.
You should have:
Good Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge.
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
Basic networking and server knowledge.
Good hardware and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience working with ticketing systems.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred.
