Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell.

This is a varied, hands-on role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the operation.

What We Offer

£15.47 per hour.

£23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours.

4-day working week, with one fixed weekday off each week.

Every weekend off.

Key Duties

Operate a Counterbalance FLT when required.

Build pallets and move stock safely around the site.

Wash IBCs.

Complete paperwork and checks accurately.

Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.

Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent.

Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.

Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.

Reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.

Own transport is essential due to the location.
