Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and optimise brewing/ packaging /utilities equipment depending on recruiting department

* Troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated machinery

* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance

* Work across utilities, refrigeration systems, compressors, and production lines

Candidate Profile

Essential:

* Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Time Served

* Experience in high-speed manufacturing or processing environments

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities

* Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems

* Strong safety awareness and compliance with safe working practices

Desirable:

* Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) experience

* Exposure to utilities, brewing, or liquid processing systems

* Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation

4. Compensation & Benefits

* Base salary: approx. £53,928 per annum

* Annual performance bonus: up to £2,500 (discretionary, one-off payment)

* Pension: up to 8% employer contribution

* Life assurance: up to 8x salary

* Shift pattern: 2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off
