Overview An established organisation in the retail industry is looking to bring on an experienced Finance Manager into their expansive team in Birmingham. The organisation has recently expanded and are hoping to bring on an individual with some strong experience as a Finance Manager or in a role where they have taken on senior accounting responsibilities such as producing the management accounts and assisting junior members of staff. To have experience producing management accounts and completing other month end responsibilities such as posting journals and completing reconciliations.
To be comfortable with being a senior member of the team, making difficult decisions and taking responsibility and looking for ways to continue to improve the organisation.
