Executive Chef - High-profile culinary operation in London, close to Liverpool Street Station

We're looking for a creative, flexible and commercially savvy Executive Chef with a genuine passion for food and people.

With a £3 million annual turnover, the site delivers premium hospitality, private dining, staff dining and two high-end cafés. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation and make a real impact. You'll lead a growing 14-strong kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across hospitality, private dining and staff dining.

A key part of the role is building strong client relationships. We're looking for a proactive and adaptable, always looking for ways to exceed client expectations and bring their ideas to life.

You'll also:
Lead and develop the kitchen team.
Create bespoke menus and innovative food concepts.
Develop and elevate the staff dining offer.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and private dining experiences.
Respond confidently to last-minute requests and changing client needs.
Manage food costing, budgets and commercial performance.
Continuously drive creativity, quality and culinary excellence.
