We're seeking a Software Engineer with strong Kotlin and Android development experience to join a high-performing team delivering innovative digital solutions within secure environments. What You'll Be Doing

• Developing robust Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Building scalable backend services using Rust, Python, or Go
• Designing and consuming web APIs and modern software architectures
• Working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
• Developing proof-of-concept applications and rapidly iterating as requirements evolve
• Participating in code reviews and driving engineering best practices
• Contributing to secure software delivery within highly secure environments

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial Kotlin development experience
• Android application development expertise
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows
• Understanding of MVVM, UDF, OpenAPI, APIs, and software design principles
• Exposure to backend development using Rust, Python, or Go
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Desirable Experience

• Jetpack Compose
• Secure development practices
• DevOps and cloud-native technologies
• Experience delivering software within Defence, National Security, or other highly regulated environments
