Job Description

McGregor Recruitment seeks a Software Development Coach to strengthen engineering capability in a predominantly remote role, with occasional trips to Edinburgh or Glasgow. The 12-month contract offers a day rate in the £450–£500 range outside IR35 and chances for extensions as needs evolve.

You’ll coach agile teams, reduce technical debt and promote secure, maintainable practices while guiding AI-assisted development initiatives and enabling better developer tooling and experiences.
