Mobile EngineerMobile Engineer Location: Milton Keynes, Covering the MidlandsAbout the Role:WPS is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer to join our Facilities Management team across the Midlands, supporting our client, JLL. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and delivering high-quality technical services across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services. Respond promptly and professionally to helpdesk requests, breakdowns, and emergencies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards at all times. Liaise with site contacts and supervisors to maintain service excellence. Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used using CAFM/PDA technology. Provide detailed reports and updates on works delivered. What We're Looking For:Experience in delivering hard M&E services in a mobile or multi-site role. Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance. Excellent communication and time management skills. Full UK driving licence. Trade-related qualification (Electrical or Mechanical), e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds. 18th Edition (for electrical candidates) or equivalent. Health & Safety training (IOSH or equivalent) is desirable. Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage. What We Offer:Competitive salary, van, tools, and benefits package. Ongoing training and development opportunities. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (with increases for service). Private medical insurance, pension, and wellness programme. Industry-leading family leave benefits. The chance to work for one of the UK's leading family-owned property services companies. Additional Information:Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
