Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.

Skills:
1+ year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of employment labor laws.
Excellent communication skills.
Independent and team player.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements
