Job Description

Branch Administrator

Are you organised, motivated, and ready to be the backbone of a busy branch? We’re on the hunt for a Branch Administrator to keep our team running smoothly and deliver top-notch service to our clients. Previous experience? Not essential—we’ll provide full training and support!

What You’ll Do:

  • be the first point of contact for clients and temporary staff
  • ensure payroll is accurate and on time
  • provide full administrative support to your branch
  • deliver that reflects our company values

About You:

  • Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Confident communicator, on the phone and face-to-face
  • Friendly, organised, and reliable

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Typical schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
