Role & responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of compliance officers & engineers
Full control of compliance Asset schedules.
Drive and deliver KPIs for team members
Drive innovation to enhance existing offerings.
Geographical planning of mobile engineers.
Manage customer relationships.
Focusing on Health and safety, compliance related matters occurring
Investigating and actioning incidents
Completing health and safety, quality, and environmental audits
Chairing and attending meetings
Assisting in tender processes for both new and existing customers
Experience required :
Proven experience managing a team of compliance staff
Engineering experience is beneficial
H&S, Quality or Environmental related experience
Ability to influence and motivate and coach staff
Commercial awareness
Profit & loss
Computer literate.
Full UK driving licence.
Willing to travel within throughout UK
