Manage the installation of HVAC services for various clients throughout the UK, from receipt of order through to completionAttend and report on pre-start meetings and subsequent meetings throughout the contractManage subcontract labour, materials, and ancillary itemsKeep clients and the company updated on all mattersEnsure installations are compliant, manage quality and ensure completion within target dates and within budgetCost control and production of variation and valuation documentsEnforce company/client Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance What We're Looking For Must be computer literate, self-motivated, personable, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamRelevant air conditioning, heating and ventilation experienceCandidates will have a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and project managementExcellent written and verbal skillsFully IT conversant and competent with working from AutoCAD drawingsHold a valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification What's in It For You Company CarCompany PensionFree Parking at the officePrivate Medical InsuranceHybrid Working No agencies.What's next?
