Project Description: They are embarking on an exciting project in Liverpool, involving the construction of two large industrial units. These units will feature a robust steel frame, comprehensive drainage systems, and a total investment of £8 million. As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this project.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. This is a permanent role, and we anticipate that the Site Engineer will continue working with us even after the completion of the Liverpool project.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Manage documentation, including drawings, reports, and project records.
Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
