Job Description

Job Title: Sous Chef
Our client is a distinguished grand British restaurant positioned in the heart of Canary Wharf, celebrated for its elevated and memorable dining experience. Guests can expect a dynamic service across an expansive dining room, featuring the finest seasonal British produce and an extensive list of bespoke beverages meticulously prepared in-house.
Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Requirements:
Our client is seeking a hard-working sous chef who is passionate about cooking. This role is very hands on, and you will be expected to help with mis-en-place as well as working on sections through a busy service.
The ideal sous chef will be a great leader and motivator for the junior members of the team.
We are looking for a sous chef who has a proven and stable employment history working in high end restaurants, luxury hotels or members club.
Previous experience working with British cuisine is essential.
