Join Our Finance Team as a Credit Controller

Robert Half is proud to be partnering exclusively with a great, growing business to find their next Credit Controller.

We're looking for a proactive, organised credit professional to manage customer ledgers for two businesses within the group, chase outstanding debt, resolve account queries, and support the efficiency of the accounts receivable function - all while delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Chase outstanding debt across both ledgers via phone, email, and written communication; keep clear records on the ERP.

Monitor accounts, manage aged debt, and maintain agreed payment terms.

Resolve customer queries and manage the shared mailbox and incoming calls.

Process account updates and liaise with Returns/Accounts on credits, refunds, and hire deposits.

Collaborate with the wider Accounts team and depot network; provide cover as needed.

About You

Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Proficient in Excel; ERP/credit management system experience (e.g. OrderWise, Experian) a plus.

Multi-site business experience desirable.
