Recruitment Operations Coordinator R&V Group Ltd
R&V Group Ltd is growing, and were looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal if you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. Youll support both recruitment and workforce planning and well provide full training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities Post job adverts, screen CVs, and interview candidates

Coordinate candidate placements and client bookings

Manage and update the recruitment database

Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams

Assist with workforce planning to ensure shift cover

Handle emails, schedules, and client correspondence

Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organisational and people skills

Confident multitasking under pressure (especially at busy times like Easter, Summer & Christmas)

Flexible to work all shifts : 9am- 5pm, 2pm -10pm, 3pm-11pm), weekends and Bank Holidays
