Managing and developing three Management Accountants and the wider finance team. Overseeing monthly management accounts and group financial reporting. Supporting the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Maintaining robust financial controls and balance sheet integrity. Providing commercial analysis and insight to senior management. Managing month-end and year-end processes. Developing finance processes and reporting across the group. Working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance. Supporting board reporting and PE stakeholder requirements. Playing a key role in the continued development of Sage 200 and finance systems. Supporting the CFO with strategic projects and business improvement initiatives.
