Regional Sales Manager

We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for UK & Ireland
You will be accountable for sales revenues in the region, and responsible for defining and implementing strategies with the purpose of increasing market share and revenues.
Your tasks
Manage and expand business with existing and new sales channels, OEM accounts and end users in assigned geographic region (UK & Ireland as focus).
Creating and implementing strategies for sales growth in IDEX Fire & Safety brands (Godiva, Lukas, Vetter, AWG) which will involve coordinating commercial issues with internal sales offices (including technical sales support and the regional sales team)
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet both client and internal expectations
Your profile
Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution and/or work related experience
Good knowledge of technical processes or products
Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Minimum three years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business sales environment
Very strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
