You will design eligibility and configuration logic, integrate with critical dependent systems, and ensure our production services remain highly reliable. You will be responsible for the development, performance, and scaling of services, components, and internal systems.What We Are Looking ForProven experience as a Software Engineer building and scaling high-performance backend systems.Experience working with modern AWS architecturesStrong understanding of observability, reliability engineering (SLIs/SLOs), and production monitoring.Experience dealing with highly concurrent systems and A/B testing or experimentation platforms.Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring and AWS.Should have experience with Logs and Unit TestingRole is 70% coding and would need to pass Hacker rank testExcellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.A product-minded approach: you care just as much about the customer experience as you do about clean code.
