Support Worker | Day Shifts | Weekdays | 7am-6pm

Superior Healthcare is recruiting for two compassionate and proactive Support Workers to support a vibrant young woman living with a brain injury. We're looking for people who see beyond a diagnosis and are passionate about enabling somebody to lead an active, fulfilling and meaningful life. This role is not just about providing support. It's about encouraging independence, developing skills, building confidence and creating opportunities for new experiences. About the Person The person you'll be supporting is intelligent, witty, sociable and determined to continue widening her world. Accompanying to appointments, activities and social outings

Encouraging independence with daily routines and personal goals

Supporting skill development and confidence building

Helping identify and plan new opportunities, experiences and activities

Providing person-centred support that promotes choice and control

Supporting with epilepsy management and following care plans

Promoting positive wellbeing and quality of life

What We're Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates who have: Experience as a Support Worker or Personal Assistant

A genuine passion for enabling independence

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs

An understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (desirable)
