Serenita Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, set within a characterful Victorian residence close to the seafront. Supporting up to 34 residents, the home provides specialist care for individuals with mental health conditions, including alcohol related brain damage and Korsakoff's syndrome, within a structured, supportive and independence focused environment.Support Worker Contract£12.71 per hourDayshift and Nightshift AvailableFull Time & Part Time AvailablePaid DBS, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs a Support Worker, you will provide high quality, person centred support within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs.You will support residents with daily routines, including personal care, mobility and mealtimes, helping to maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity at all times. You will respond sensitively to changing needs, contributing to a calm, stable and supportive environment.Working closely with the wider team, you will follow individual care plans, support structured routines and help maintain a consistent and well organised setting.
