Registered Care Home Manager – Residential Care Homes

Locations: Market Harborough | Kirby Muxloe | Lutterworth

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

We are recruiting for three Registered Care Home Manager opportunities across Leicestershire, with positions available in:

Market Harborough, Leicestershire

*

Kirby Muxloe, Leicester

*

Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Each position is based within a medium-sized residential care home operated by the same established, family-run care provider.

These are excellent opportunities for experienced Home Managers, or strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step in their career, to join a supportive organisation with experienced operational and quality support in place.

As Registered Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of your service, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong standards across compliance, staffing, occupancy and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home

*

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice

*

Lead, develop and motivate the staff team

*

Maintain high standards of care and resident experience

*

Support and develop occupancy within the service

*

Oversee assessments and admissions for prospective residents

*

Manage staffing levels effectively and maintain a stable workforce

*

Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals

*

Maintain effective systems, processes and regulatory documentation

*

Promote a positive, supportive and inclusive culture throughout the home

*

Work closely with the wider operational and quality teams to continuously improve the service

Requirements

*

Management experience within a residential or nursing care home environment

*

Applications welcomed from experienced Home Managers and strong Deputy Managers seeking progression

*

Good understanding of CQC regulations, compliance and quality standards

*

Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
