Team Leader

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a progressive financial services company who seek a Team Leader to join their administration department.
As Team Leader you will be assisting the department manager with:
Operational planning and support
Ensuring the department are on target with service level agreements
Regular review of processes and procedures
Collation, review and reporting of management information
Employee performance management
Undertaking appraisals and employee development plans
This is full-time permanent role which is office based Monday - Friday 0900-1700. Location: Winchester. Salary up to £27,000 per year.
Essential requirements
Educated to Degree Level
At least one year’s experience working in Financial Insurance or a similar background
An understanding of the Data Protection Act and FCA Regulations
General Financial Services experience
Cert CII preferable
As Team Leader, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, and genuinely enjoy getting the best from your team. You will have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements associated with the Financial Services Industry. In particular the emphasis on Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly and Vulnerable Customer practices
