Food and Beverage Manager

A significant hotel group in the Sheffield area are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager. This hotel will be a major venue in the South Yorkshire region following the opening in Summer 2024, with over 150 luxurious rooms, restaurant and bar, Conference facilities for over 250 delegates.
We need a Food and Beverage Manager with experience of managing a very busy hotel operation who has ideally managed numerous events running all at once. This could suit someone who has worked within a hotel situated in a stadium or similar.
No day is ever the same and as the hotel is a new opening for this company, your ability to think on your feet will be desirable.
A hands-on operator who is present at key times ensuring the smooth operation across the hotel's F&B outlets.
Responsible for the successful delivery of F&B skills training. As well as ensuring brand, internal, development, and compliance training is completed within the team.
Other responsibilities include focusing on controlling costs across the F&B operation such as payroll, ordering, wastage, stock control, etc.
In return, a salary around £45,000 per year plus Bonus is being offered plus:
