Job Purpose
High level oversight of a tax portfolio, monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
Undertaking a wide range of tax assignments, including reorganisation and demergers, exit planning, IHT and Trust planning, share scheme implementation, and M&A support.
Overseeing a growing tax team, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, handling complex queries and proactively problem solving.
Delivering sound understanding of tax regulations and news, educating clients and other departments.
Driving business development for the tax function and wider firm.
