Senior Software Engineer

Role Summary: Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our delivery team, part of a broader engineering space that delivers critical systems to help the UK achieve Net Zero by 2050. Our digital platform underpins multiple applications, including contract management, task management, automate workflows, automate repetitive tasks, standardize templates, settlement tools, forecasting engines, calculation services, analytics, dashboards and data portals that enable the business to meet this ambitious goal. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with the Principal Software Engineer & Architect to define system, mentor team members, and champion engineering best practices, while remaining actively involved in hands-on development. Although this role does not include direct line management, it requires strong technical leadership and the ability to guide the team through complex challenges.
