Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,229 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our welcoming team at Seabrook Court, a supported living service offering 20 self-contained flats for adults with learning disabilities. Working collaboratively, we create an inclusive and respectful environment where people feel supported and empowered to live independently.

The Role

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

Provide personal care with dignity and sensitivity
Support with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
Encourage independence and help residents achieve their personal goals
Organise local outings and community activities
Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
Build positive, trusting relationships that make a real differenceAbout You

You will be compassionate, reliable and flexible to work shifts across our 24-hour service, and committed to person-centred, inclusive support.
Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.Shifts:

7am-3pm
2pm-10pm
Sleep-in every other weekend (For sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).Hightown Benefits

£26,229 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service
