The Sous Chef role:
One year experience at a similar role at a high-quality restaurant kitchen
Contribute to menu development and commitment to team training and development
Manage all sections and pass confidently
Strong communication & team motivator
Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas, costings and GP
Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
