Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar costs draftsperson role.
Previous experience in client liaison.
Proficiency in preparing various legal documents related to costs.
Familiarity with Detailed Assessment process, Cost Case Laws, and Insurance Litigation practice & process.
Strong IT skills.
Desirable: Degree and/or LPC and/or ALCD.
Experience and ability to conduct own advocacy.
