Experience required
A team player who values consistency
A Full UK driving licence
At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who youll support Youll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Devizes service to thrive and live as independently as possible . Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,
Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most .
Your role: Provide person-centred support and personal care
