Currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate/Senior Associate to join the Clinical Negligence department. In this role, you will provide unparalleled guidance and representation to clients in all areas of clinical negligence law. You will work closely with the team of legal professionals to ensure high-quality and efficient legal services are provided to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice and guidance to clients in all areas of clinical negligence law
Manage a varied caseload, including high-value and complex cases
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare witness statements and court documents
Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations
Liaise with medical experts, clients, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure successful outcomes for clients
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
Ensure all work is performed with a focus on quality, efficiency, and value
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified solicitor with of 1-5 years' experience in clinical negligence law
Excellent understanding of clinical negligence law and the litigation process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience managing a team is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
