Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with production and other members of the engineering team on improving assembly processes.
Creation and approval of production assembly documents
Support production with machine breakdowns.
Design and print production labels.
Investigate and resolve production queries
New Product Introduction
Creation of BOM and production routes
Requirements:
Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or Physics or equivalent experience
Good mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience with tooling design and implementation
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of automation technology in a manufacturing environment
Experience of High-Volume Manufacture and lean manufacturing techniques
Ability to problem-solving skills and think critically.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 7.30am- 4pm
Friday: 7.30am- 1.30pm
