Salary: £28,822 (£32,000 with Overtime Available)

Key Machine Minder Responsibilities:
Set up, start, and operate automated production equipment to meet daily output and quality standards.
Complete start-up and routine checks to ensure machinery is safe and running to specification.
Monitor machine performance during production, making adjustments to maintain efficiency and consistency.
Work closely with shift supervision to coordinate breaks, changeovers, and workflow.
Identify equipment faults and assist with basic diagnostics alongside the engineering team.
Escalate mechanical or technical issues promptly to reduce downtime.
