Requirements
The ideal Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 3 years PQE within EL/PL work.
Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload.
Genuine tenacity.
A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
Ability to handle EL fast-track cases. Although a non-portal caseload - the successful candidate must have experience of the portal.
Knowledge of the civil procedure rules
Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.
You must be able to work under limited supervision
Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
You must be able to work to targets and deadlines
