Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. We are seeking to employ a Executive Chef to our catering team. This is a new role at the College and will work closely with the Catering Manager to lead the Catering department in producing a world class meals for all students and staff.
The Executive Chef is responsible for developing, training and providing an efficient and effective food offer and catering service in line with Wymondham Colleges standards of customer expectation, quality and presentation, whilst complying with legislation and financial targets.
Support the team in driving innovation, best practice and culinary excellence within the establishment through craft training, standards monitoring and delivering added value.
