Our client: a well-respected Higher Education institution based in the heart of Coventry are currently looking for a Careers Coordinator to join their friendly and well-established team. In this busy and varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to students, graduates and corporate partners and assist with the daily running of a variety of projects and events.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Providing administrative support and project management for events
Coordinating activities related to employment projects
Supporting the careers team by posting job opportunities and providing data analysis
Coordinating planning, advertising, and promotion of career and personal development workshops and webinars
Scheduling student interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
Be the first point of contact for careers-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing professional guidance
Assist with finance-related administration, including budget management
What we're looking for:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in project coordination and administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Word
