Your Role

As a Supervisor at Ed’s, you’ll be the driving force behind our diner’s success. You’ll lead by example, ensuring that every guest enjoys not just a meal, but a moment of nostalgia, complete with a side of rock ‘n’ roll. From managing shifts to mentoring team members, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile.

• A passion for hospitality and a love for the diner experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
• A customer-first attitude, always striving to exceed expectations
• Strong organisational skills with a knack for problem-solving on the fly
• A positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service
