Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity with a sought-after Financial Planning firm in Blackburn that is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with financial planning administration experience who is looking to work in a well-established firm that can provide professional growth opportunities.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisers, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient and professional service. Including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), liaising with providers and clients, preparing client documentation.
Responsibilities
Process new business applications
Process Letters of Authority and request client policy information
Prepare paperwork for client meetings
Manage adviser diaries and arrange appointments
Keep client records and internal systems up to date
Prepare valuations, forms and client letters
Track new business and follow up on outstanding information
Check paperwork meets FCA and company requirements
Prepare documents for ongoing client reviews
Answer routine queries from clients, advisers and providers
Track transfers, pension switches, investments and protection cases
Arrange withdrawals, contributions and fund switches
Support advisers and paraplanners with case preparation

Skills and experience required:
At least 1 year of experience as an IFA Administrator, ideally within a financial planning firm.
Previous experience processing new business
Confident communicating with clients, advisers and providers.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
Ability to be office based
