Electronics Inspector required for a well-established, privately owned manufacturer and service provider within the Oil and Gas industry. This employer offers fantastic training and development opportunities, a generous package and security.
The Successful Electronics Inspector will have previous experience of performing quality control inspections of electronic components and assemblies. Hands on experience with a working knowledge of electronic testing equipment, PCB and electro-mechanical assembly. You will be trained to IPC standards and hold some form of electronic or electrical engineering qualification.
The Electronics Inspector Role:
Perform quality checks in line with IPC standards on electronic components, tools and assemblies.
Perform quality inspection at goods inward, appropriate assembly stages and end of line.
Perform quality checks during workshop activities to ensure that procedures and instructions are being followed.
Perform and accurately record all inspections, checks and tests in accordance with company processes and instructions.
Provide support to the electronics workshop, stores and procurement regarding quality control issues.
The Successful Electronics Inspector:
Experience of quality control inspections of electronic components and assemblies.
Hands on experience with a working knowledge of electronic testing equipment.
Hands on experience in PCB and electro-mechanical assembly
