As a Software Engineer, you will design and develop backend services and portals for a global payment platform. You’ll work with modern tools and methodologies like CI/CD and Behavioral Driven Development, in a collaborative and empowering environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in software engineering

Experience with OO languages (Java, C#), databases, and web technologies

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Passion for building scalable, high-quality software

We’re seeking engineers who go beyond frameworks and tools—those who understand the why behind the how

Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles

Experience designing modular, testable, and scalable architectures

Strong understanding of relational databases—indexing, joins, stored procedures, ER modelling

Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring, and shared ownership in collaborative teams

Ability to contribute to reusable libraries and think in terms of systems, not just feature
