The opportunity:
To develop the project management framework to ensure current and future projects within the business are delivered in line with good practice.
Support rapid progress towards manufacturing scale-up requirements through collaborative working.
Develop project plans in sufficient detail to ensure integration of all activities, identification of cross-functional dependencies, and understanding of critical paths.
Foster collaborative work with all stakeholders to define and achieve a good understanding of the project.
Ensuring thorough risk and issue management across the projects, instigating mitigation actions, identifying contingency plans and managing items through to conclusion.
Timely briefings and reporting to all internal stakeholders on progress and achievements.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
A first-degree level qualification - Mechanical/Chemical/Semiconductor background preferred.
A demonstratable track record of delivering successful projects.
The ability to tackle issues and problems logically and step-by-step.
Strong communication skills and is an active listener.
The ability to coordinate colleagues, volunteers and contracted parties through expert leadership.
The willingness to challenge assumptions and the ability to adapt or generate imaginative and innovative ideas.
