Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Business Development team, Operational Management and Subject Matter Experts, you will take ownership of the bid process from initial qualification through to submission, ensuring all proposals are commercially compelling, operationally deliverable and aligned with the company's values and service offering.

This role would suit an experienced Bid Manager or Senior Bid Writer looking to take the next step within a business that actively promotes from within and rewards success.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end bid process from pre-qualification through to final submission.

Lead the production of high-quality tender responses for manned guarding and integrated security service opportunities across both public and private sector clients.

Work within the company's Bid Management process to ensure all submissions are compliant, commercially competitive and delivered to the highest possible standard.
