Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional, courteous relationships with our clients.
Stock Management: Efficiently issue stock products and accurately record goods delivered into the stock system.
Order Fulfilment: Release products on back order and confirm customer deliveries promptly.
Inventory Control: Conduct rotational stock checks, record locations for new products, and adjust stock levels as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and authorised where necessary.
Team Collaboration: Attend site meetings and follow up on any issues within the store.Hours of Work
Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off rotating 12-hour shifts:

06:00–18:00
18:00–06:00
Weekend Work: Must be committed to working weekends as part of the rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.Requirements
