Job Description

Bench Joiner - Bespoke Joinery

Location: Kettering, NN16

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience

Annual Salary: £29,000 - £33,500 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, with the option to start at 7:00am and finish at 4:30pm

Experienced Bench Joiner Required - Kettering

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Kettering.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Bench Joiner with previous joinery shop or workshop experience. The successful candidate will be joining a modern production factory, working as part of a skilled team producing high-quality bespoke joinery products.

The role will involve manufacturing bespoke windows, doors, stairs and general joinery using modern joinery machinery. Candidates must be confident working from technical drawings and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Please note: Previous joinery shop or workshop experience is essential for this role.

The Role

As a Bench Joiner, your duties may include:

Manufacturing bespoke joinery products to a high standard

Producing windows, doors, stairs and general bespoke joinery

Reading and working from technical drawings

Using modern joinery machinery and workshop equipment

Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing timber components

Working independently to complete jobs accurately and efficiently

Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship

Supporting the wider joinery team where required

Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe

Following all health and safety procedures
